Terms

Staying Place is a directory. We do not own, inspect, manage or rent out any property, and we take no bookings or payments. Any agreement is between you and the host.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having the right to market the property. We may hide listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent or unlawful.

Listing details, rent and photos can change. Confirm them with the host, and check a property and its host yourself before paying anything.
